We want to provide our customers with excellent service as well as exceptional banking products that makes it user friendly. Bill pay has been integrated onto the home page along with the ability to categorize your transactions and create spending reports.

Link Live is a secure and convenient online client service tool option that allows you to exchange client documents using drag-and-drop functionality via this secure link. Link Live also allows our bankers to enter your computer, with your permission, on a view only basis to provide assistance remotely.

Your user ID will be the same as with the current system except that it will all be lower case. For example, if your user ID is JohnDoe55, it will become johndoe55. Please see the First Time Login Tip Sheet for more information on your password or feel free to talk with a personal banker or one of our Electronic Banking Services’ team members.

Current mobile banking (browser and app) you will need to log into Online Banking via a computer or an internet browser to re-establish your Online Banking credentials during the initial login process. Please follow the prompts to receive the up-to-date browser link and/or application.

All of your current bill pay information will transfer over to EB Online Banking. EB Online Banking uses the same vendor as the old platform. You may need to re-add your descriptions after the conversion.

Your access to your account history will not be affected with the Online Banking conversion.

Your security is important to us and to decrease the likelihood of a fraudster guessing the answers to your security questions, we have made the questions more difficult. The answers are less likely to be compromised from social media sites or other online outlets. The answers you create for your security questions will NOT be case sensitive
