UPGRADING ONLINE BANKING
FIRST TIME LOGIN STEPS
If you use the EB Mobile Banking app or the mobile browser, you will first need to log into Online Banking using an internet browser to re-establish your Online Banking credentials and authentication. After reestablishing login, you will be able to access EB Mobile Banking as usual.
- In all LOWERCASE – ENTER your CURRENT USER ID. For example, if your user ID is JohnDoe22, it should be entered as johndoe22.
- For Personal and Business Accounts:Your existing password will NO LONGER BE VALID. Instead, you will need to follow the instructions that were mailed to the address on file associated with your account. If you did not receive a letter from us, please contact your local branch or you can chat or call our Electronic Banking Service Team for more details.
- You will be asked to immediately change your CURRENT PASSWORD. The length of your new password MUST be at least 8 characters and NO more than 17 characters in length. A password MUST have at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Your new password will be case sensitive. For example, 4Narnia!
