We are discontinuing the use of security challenge questions for multifactor authentication (MFA) in Retail Online, Business Online and Mobiliti. The new MFA method, will be one-time passcodes (OTP) sent via email.
This change does NOT affect:
- Business Online clients who use a token to log in
- Mobiliti Retail Clients who use biometric-based logins
This change will happen on the dates listed below:
- Retail Online Mobiliti: Monday, June 15, 2026
- Retail Online web: Wednesday, June 24, 2026
