Learning how to fully utilize our Online Banking services will help make banking from anywhere at any time fast and painless. From learning how to download our mobile app to setting up bill pay or POP Money, this resource center was developed to enhance your online experience. 

  1. Open up the App Store by tapping the icon.
  2. Search for “exchangebank eb”.
  3. Click “Install” or the cloud icon.
  4. Open up the Exchange Bank App once finished installing.
  5. Enter your username (If you do not have a user name, contact your local branch for help setting this up.).
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Enter the answer to the security question you chose during signup for online banking.
  8. You will then see a listing of your accounts. You can click each account, and see its transaction history.

Accessing your account while you are on the go has never been easier. Exchange Bank’s full featured Mobile Banking product allows you to access your accounts at any time regardless of where you are in the world. Mobile banking is a full featured product that gives you access to all the same features that our full Internet Banking site provides, including bill pay. Mobile Banking is provided at no charge to all Exchange Bank customers.
